Question About Asus B450, Ryzen 1600 and RAM specifications.
Hi, I have an ASUS TUF B450M-Plus Gaming motherboard with an old Ryzen 5 1600 and 8+4 2400 RAM from a Chinese brand called KLLISRE.
I’m trying to set up a basic overclock but haven’t succeeded. Even with extreme RAM voltages and the stock CPU, it won’t boot; I can only get by with 2400. I attempted using just one RAM stick to check for conflicts.
There seem to be many confusing things in the BIOS—maybe I’m missing something.
I just want the RAM at 2666 and the CPU around 3.7 or 3.825 if possible.

Identical outcomes only prevent startup, or I don’t see any video feed and have to restart.
I also tried using just one chip, by the way I'll keep trying it if anyone has any suggestions.
