Hi, It´s my first time repasting my system, I got some grizzly kryonaut which comes with a spatula, is there a big risk of getting air bubbles trapped or should I just go with the pea method?

I would try the pea method. If you prefer using the spatula to spread the peas instead of your finger in a plastic bag or glove, then go ahead.

There are many ways to apply thermal paste. Here's a little guide :

I'd agree with
@kanewolf
, pea method has always worked for me for desktop use
In laptops with bare dies, I prefer to thinly apply with spatula to give better coverage.

I don’t really enjoy thermal grizzly. Some folks adore it, but I prefer Arctic MX4. Just place a dot in the middle of the CPU and spread it with your finger across the surface. It works fine this way. However, the texture of the thermal grizzly paste didn’t look ideal, and it’s also quite expensive.

either approach is secure; if you're unsure about the amount needed for the pea method, opt for the spread method and you'll be sure you've covered the entire area.
