Recently I bought an AX3000 mesh point from Xiaomi. When I plugged in my ethernet cable, the light on the router turned orange, which means there is a problem with the network. Because of this, I cannot get to the main page to set things up. Even though the steps were easy, I still can't connect! Any tips would be great? I followed the instructions but it won't work at all!

First try doing a factory reset, then use a fresh Ethernet cable that came with your Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch or adapter.
