After removing the original Intel WIFI drivers in safe mode, allowing Windows to reinstall them manually, and updating with the Intel Support tool, I haven't experienced any crashes in days.
Thus, for now, I think the issue is resolved.

Operating system: Windows 10 (also encountered BSOD and kernel errors in Windows 11)
Storage: 1TB SSD WDC
Graphics card: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER (8 GB)
OS: 64-bit, x64 based
Power supply: Corsair CV650
