I received the notification too... But it appears to have disappeared. Is this malware or are they again compromising hacked sites? I’ve heard about Logitech being targeted recently.

It's clearly the malware. He's managing your actions. He has access to all your credit card info, passwords, and everything you view online. He's monitoring you even now. I recommend installing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. If it doesn't install on your PC (possibly because the malware blocks the download), format your entire system.
