This setup is designed for BIOS Flashback. I'm using the same board (non-razer edition) and have upgraded it to a Ryzen 5000 processor without a CPU socket.

I attempted to apply the BIOS flashback, but it didn’t work. The CPU is correctly installed in the socket, so the issue lies elsewhere.
