Question 9800x3d // 9070xt ((Stuttering Problem))
I reformatted a new usb stick and ran the latest windows 11 installation iso using the microsoft tool. I didn’t notice any problems during the setup.
With amd monitoring, my cpu and gpu usage stay stable, and the temperature remains below 70 degrees. There’s no overheating observed.
I created a video some time ago

))
It highlights a problem that seems similar in other titles, but for BDO it appears to be a game engine issue, and it's safe to say no one has claimed the 100 USD reward
..
The Spike or lag problems are also occurring in other games
After reviewing online, it appears many discussions match your experience with similar problems on different systems. The video you referenced suggests comparable issues exist across various hardware setups. In terms of hardware specifications, the jump in memory usage from 4800 to 6400 seems significant, especially when paired with a 9800x3d configuration. What was the memory ratio at that speed?
I compiled a brief collection featuring the frame spikes, stutter, and poor frame timing.

The memory is operating with pure BIOS configurations. I can turn on docp, and it functions well in both gaming and Windows environments; however, under stress testing it fails because of errors. Therefore, I keep the RAM speeds at their default setting. Also, enabling docp has no effect even when RAM is set to default, which means the issue persists.
No, there are no overlays or additional software installed in these examples.
I recall trying that channel at some point too, but I had similar problems before as well. It wasn't painful to revisit the BIOS and test the DOCP at 6000mhz, though I'm unsure it will resolve the issue. Another idea I found recently is using two PCIe cables from the PSU to the GPU instead of one with two pins. But after checking, my PSU doesn't have an extra PCIe port, and it wasn't advised to use a CPU connector for the GPU either. So, back to the basics again.
Could I possibly utilize two PCIe slots from the red column instead of relying on a single slot in the blue one?
