That's great news, though it's a shame you had to endure all that. I hope your next card comes out well.

The saga continues!
I inquired about the specific issue with the card, but received a response stating it failed 3DMark tests and that no component diagnostics would be performed. I found this unusual, but my new card was already being prepared.
I knew the card would undergo refurbishment according to their RMA guidelines, yet I still expected it to function.
Today arrived the RMA card, severely damaged and unusable.
The metal plate with the outputs is severely warped, making it impossible to fit in the case or insert into any PCIe slot. The screws don’t align properly, and the support bracket is likely ineffective.
The screw holes are also distorted, suggesting the previous owner may have over-tightened them.
Additionally, the 'RADEON' chip was heavily scratched, which is a minor issue compared to the other problems.
I’m shocked that XFX considers this refurbished and doubt it was thoroughly tested.
I’ll be seeking a refund for the $1250 I spent on this card, as I already have proof of purchase.
Meanwhile, how are the new GPUs coming along? Any suggestions?
