Question 7800x3d NXT 360 Kraken Plus RGB, H6 Flow Case, B650 Tomahawk Wi-Fi
Uncertain about how these components connect, please advise. Please aim for an H6 flow instead of H9 since I don’t have extra space and can’t expand. I currently use Dark rock Pro 4 with my 7800x3d, but it doesn’t cool enough, so I’m seeking an AIO—preferably one with a temperature gauge. I was considering Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro 3, but all sources say it won’t fit the H6 (and if it does, it’s quite tight depending on the model). It feels a bit cramped for me. Thanks ahead!
Are you confirming whether all components will fit inside the case or if you're checking for compatibility with other cooling solutions? You might want to verify this by using PCPartPicker to gather details on compatibility and clearances; https://pcpartpicker.com/builds/by_part/8QMMnQ#c=360. Be sure to search for a dual channel DDR5-6000MHz RAM kit with AMD's E.X.P.O listed, as the frequency I mentioned is ideal for the AMD AM5 platform. If you find DDR5-6400MHz at the same price, it could be a good investment.
Currently, my Dark rock Pro 4 runs hotter than expected with my 7800x3d.
For context, we should consider your current temperatures, including room air temps. Are you using the same motherboard as in this thread? What BIOS version are you running? Have you applied any processor undervolting?
You mentioned NZXT's 360 Kraken Plus RGB in the title, but you're actually considering an Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro while you have a Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4.
