Question 7700k, adjusting voltage and LLC
Right now I'm adjusting my overclock for the 7700k to test its limits. I've done this before, but I'm doing it now because I bought the 5700xt. My BIOS has all cores running at 4.6ghz with a fixed voltage of 1.28 and load line calibration at level 2 (from 1-4). The images show that under heavy load, my voltage can spike to 1.29V, though it only needs 1.245V during intense use. I'm confused about the 1.29V reading unless it's from the LLC. Should I just disable the LLC and set a fixed voltage of 1.245?
1.29V for a 1.28V output works well. Dropping to 1.25V suggests increasing the LLC stage to 3.
