I'm struggling with a 1080 resolution and can't maintain 60fps in city zones when the game is fully loaded. Those godrays and shadows really chop the frame rate. At 1440p I see drops to around 35 fps, which makes me doubt it will hold 60. The optimization seems poor, especially if the Skyrim remaster drops soon—better hope it doesn't get worse than Fallout 4.
