Played valley Ultra AA 8x res 1366x768 in full screen and achieved 61.2 FPS with a maximum of 24.5 FPS and a score of 117.3 on a 2561 rating. The system reports r9 380.

Black ops III Assassin's Creed syndicate, Fallout 4, Witcher 3 all loading smoothly at high settings. The issue seems limited to League mode with 500+ FPS and occasional freezing, but not at 1080p.
