Verify the BIOS edition. If it's outdated, you must upgrade to the current version where your CPU receives full support. The latest is 3.50. Following that, Asrock discontinued Pinnacle Ridge support to accommodate newer Ryzen processors.

see that's what I was saying too, but what doesn't make sense is that I've done this about three times already? each time I change it, it fixes the problem and it works for around six months. Maybe this time it's related to the GPU or motherboard.

If you replace the PSU and it's okay for a while that points to your power at the wall being an issue. Bad power in, weird issues with PC, PSU dying quickly. It all follows.

I inspected every outlet. I even switched to other outlets and also relocated, as it was the last time this occurred (in a completely new house).

I changed my bios and drivers, then tried starting a game (Destiny 2). It froze my computer in just five minutes, but temperatures were normal and the case didn’t get hot. I don’t know what to do next.

I don't have access to the current BIOS version information. You may need to check the device settings or consult the manufacturer's documentation for this detail.
