Yes, you can transfer Windows 10 from your old PC's second hard drive to your new one by using a bootable USB drive. Just create the installation media and connect it to your new PC, then follow the setup steps.

I don’t have a USB stick, so installing it directly on this drive would be simpler and faster—just plug it in and use it right away.

No USB stick available? You might find a very inexpensive option or consider burning a DVD.

In fact, there are no drivers available. You can use it only on Windows. All drivers must be installed on the new PC. Also, keep in mind you cannot enable the Windows key activation on multiple devices at once.
