I'm using a GTX 1050Ti with a Ryzen 3 3100. During the pandemic I played games smoothly at 60+ fps with low settings. Now I'm facing issues with Star Wars Battlefront 2, where my GPU is at full usage but only 20-30fps is achieved.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Pandemic was a while ago. Maybe you can try and use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform, then manually reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers for your GPU in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard?

CPU model is Ryzen 3 3100 with a stock AMD fan. Motherboard is ASRock B450M Pro4. RAM capacity is 32GB, storage includes a 250GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. GPU is GTX 1050Ti, power supply is Corsair CX550M (about three years old), and the chassis is Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-05. Operating system runs Windows 10 64-bit. Monitor is an ASUS VG278Q. BIOS version is uncertain; I attempted a driver update and plan to use the DDU uninstall method.
