Quesion CS:GO has suddenly dropped a lot of frames per second when you move around.
Before I moved to my family's new apartment, I played CS with almost all graphics settings on high and still averaged between 200-300fps on community servers like MM, Faceit, etc. But after we moved in and set up my PC, CSGO started running at horrible FPS, constantly dipping below 100fps. I thought maybe there was a problem with the graphics driver, so I waited for a new Nvidia driver to come out a couple of days ago. When I installed it, I thought this would fix the FPS issues and get CS back to how it used to perform on my PC, but it didn't. Still, barely getting 100fps now. The problem isn't airflow because my PC has even more space than before in my previous room. Two things I want to mention: All the other games I used to play at my old house ran exactly right and had no noticeable FPS changes. Whenever I used to play CS or any game, my GPU temp was between 60-65c, but now when playing CS, it's hovering around 50-53c. This of course should be a good thing, but since other games still get my GPU up to 65c, it makes me feel like something is wrong with CSGO specifically, like it's not getting the GPU power it used to. I really wish you guys could help me because it's really frustrating that I can't play CS like I did before moving in. I have also tried reinstalling the game and turned all settings to low, but nothing worked. My specs are an i5-10400f with an RTX 2060 Super.
Check that your power plug is still firmly in place and look at all the cables under the computer. Make sure they are sitting straight down, not bent or crooked. If anything feels off, push it back into place to fix it. This should stop any electrical problems right away.

I tried fixing everything but the frame rate isn't back to normal anymore. Even though it works for about ten minutes at good speeds (200 to 300 frames per second), suddenly it crashes down to less than one hundred and only goes up to around one fifty when I look out the window or through a wall. At the same time, my graphics card gets hot on MSI Afterburner exactly when the game slows down. If I close the program and open another, then close everything back and start again, it fixes for a little while but the problem comes right back after that. Now I'm stuck as to why this is happening, which is why I need help here. Here is an image (sorry about how bad it looks) showing where my graphics card gets too hot, marked with red circles. These temperature drops happen at the exact same time that the game slows down below one hundred frames. This isn't a problem in any other game except CSGO so far, and I haven't noticed anything else like this yet.

I have tried every possible fix but nothing works really well. Even though the frame rate comes back up to normal levels for about 10 minutes (200-300 fps), something still goes wrong later on. While I'm playing CSGO, I can play without any issues for around ten minutes at a time where my FPS is between 200 and 300. But then suddenly, it crashes right down to under 100 frames per second and only climbs back up to maybe 150 or so whenever I look up at the sky or into a wall. At the same time, on my MSI Afterburner screen, my GPU gets way too hot exactly when my game performance drops. For some reason, if I close out tabbing, then open task manager and close it all again while CSGO is still running, things seem to go back to normal for just a while and my FPS comes up to the right level (200-300 fps) again but the GPU temp starts rising back to its usual high spot. But this problem will keep happening throughout my gaming session. Now I am really stumped as to what is going on because that's why I came here for help.
