Ram issue linked to boot failure was initially detected in BIOS while checking CPU voltage levels. Adjusted voltage to 1.3500V and reduced RAM frequency from 3600MHz to 3200MHz with minimal performance impact. Placed two 16GB Vengeance chips (cmk16gx4m2b3200c16) in correct orientation on B1 and B2. Tried resetting CMOS via battery, but still couldn't boot. Reverted to original RAM configuration before BIOS changes. Eventually returned to the previous setup. Mouse USB connection halfway in works fine; confirmed RAM slots are intact. Board appears to be a high-quality B550 model.
