I'll keep preordering so I can play it on the Xbone once it's available for both PC and Xbone using a single code, thanks to Microsoft's new play anywhere feature. But I'd still rather have it on my pccccccc device.

It varies by game; sometimes you need to remember old titles like Crysis, where performance was limited by hardware at the time.
