You don’t have to use windows to access a BIOS. If you can’t get in, it might mean you damaged your chip—likely a motherboard issue—and you’ll probably need to replace it. I’m not sure about that. Restart your PC and try again.
Once you're in the BIOS, adjust the settings to the default. Observe your display during startup—it should show a boot splash from your motherboard (such as Gigabyte), indicating the key to press. If no splash appears, which is unlikely, simply enter the Delete key when rebooting.
The reason why you're seeing what you send the picture of, is because it can't find your windows drive. You said you don't have windows, so you have to install it through a usb drive. This is where my help ends, because this is very basic knowledge, that you can find easily by googling, or searching on youtube. But here is a basic guide anyways: Mount a usb stick with windows of choice. Put usb stick in pc. Set boot order to be usb priority in bios. Boot from usb install windows. Reboot pc, take out usb stick. Great success!
