The setup appears standard. Your Z590 Gaming Plus with Wi-Fi boots up correctly, and the QLED LEDs light up in the expected sequence (red → orange → white → green). The green LED stays lit during BIOS mode and turns off immediately after you exit. This behavior is typical for most gaming monitors.

Those indicators illuminate during startup of a specific section, remaining active if something fails. The green symbol usually represents the BIOS status, which should switch off during regular boot but stay lit when accessed in BIOS mode. This behavior is typical and covered in most user guides. Have you verified this as well? It might also display possible codes to help identify issues.

Confirmed from the guide, though the green bios indicator wasn't referenced.

Typically, a brief flash before the Windows loading ring appears usually indicates a successful POST transmission.
