I tried three motherboards and still faced issues. I have two CPUs—one brand new and one second-hand (5700x, 2300x used). The first board had an older BIOS that didn’t match the 2300x, but the second one should have worked with both, yet it didn’t. The third board (B550 Mini-ITX AORUS) has an unknown BIOS, but it still doesn’t support either CPU. After switching to the second board, my GPU appears damaged and seems to have failed, making it hard to tell if this happened by chance. It’s around the end of its expected lifespan. Each motherboard behaved differently: fans ran with one PSU but the PC would power on and off with another. No beep codes appeared, and the CPU never warmed up. The CPU heats up, but fans spin with both PSUs, yet no signal is emitted—just a constant idle. The PC powers up immediately when either PSU is connected, even without the power switch attached. No response was seen when I tried to flash the BIOS. Help would be appreciated.

Possible board issue could be cpu or ram failure. It might also indicate a dead board. Three boards are available, at least one appears faulty. Clarify if you mean RAM or CPU. Please share some photos. I also suggest cleaning the CPU pins with 99% IPA to remove any debris that might cause post issues. For example, with my 970 Extreme3, I found debris in the socket after some dust entered. After removing the cover and retaining clip, cleaning it helped, but fixing the retention was difficult—pressing down on the CPU made it display postcodes correctly on my PCI debug card.

Both processors are nonfunctioning. Also, double-check that you didn’t link the front panel connections again next time. Just briefly press the power button once.

Have you considered another power source to try?

I used both the KLEVV DDR4 (2x8GB) and the 2x4GB memory you mentioned. The internet suggested it should work as long as it meets standards. All components are removed from the build list, so visuals likely won't help much. Here’s the full setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yzG9RK

Sure, I also gave it a shot with everything, but it didn't work.

The first motherboard and the third one failed, but the 2300x actually functioned on the second one. The 5700x didn’t work because it was also broken, which is quite unfortunate.
