On the nzxt webpage, they mention that without drive cages, but you have an SSD and HDD, where should you place them? They also note that with drive cages, a 282mm drive fits without a 444mm one, while your video card is 300mm. This is my first build, so sorry if it seems like a simple question.

The NZXT Source 530 features three removable drive cages stacked at the front, each capable of holding a 3.5" HDD or a 2.5" SSD. The capacity increases from top to bottom as [3x HDDs/SSDs], then [2x HDDs/SSDs], and finally [1x HDD/SSD]. The highest cage includes a fan mounting slot for extra airflow, which the other cages lack.

The NZXT Source 530 features three removable drive cage units, arranged vertically within the front section of the case. Each cage can accommodate a specific number of drives: [3x HDDs/SSDs], [2x HDDs/SSDs], and [1x HDD/SSD]. Observe that the topmost cage (capable of holding 3x drives) includes a fan mounting slot for extra airflow, whereas the others do not.

On the NZXT website (https://www.nzxt.com/products/source-530), it is specified as follows:
"Clearance (VGA Card): 282mm (With Cage & Pivot Fan),
310mm (With Cage), 444mm (Without Cage)"
This indicates that even with the cage installed, a drive size of 300mm can still fit inside, since the case accommodates up to 310mm without the pivot fan.

Since these cages are detachable, you have the flexibility to choose which drives to keep and which to remove. For instance, if your GTX 1080 Ti exceeds 310mm, simply discard the top cage (the one holding 3x drives) and retain the remaining two cages (2x and 1x).

Also remember that there is a dedicated slot behind the motherboard tray for a 2.5" SSD.

Your specific gtx 1080 ti can be fitted into that case only after you take out the top (you may keep the rest intact) drive cage or completely remove all drive cages and the pivot fan mount (which requires 310mm clearance)—this depends on your GPU power connectors. A little clearance of just 1cm might not suffice. I suggest eliminating all unnecessary drive cages, as it also enhances airflow. P.S. Be sure to install high-quality fans if you do that.
