Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition, but since I reside in Germany and have a German IP, I can only install it with the German language. For those not aware, German content restrictions are quite strict, and Steam doesn’t allow certain titles like Fallout 3 and Bioshock 2 in English. The German voice pack for Fallout is particularly poor, and Bethesda’s German voiceovers are generally bad. Anyway, my main goal was to ask if someone from the US or UK could gift me the game, as that would solve the issue. I’d also appreciate any information about whether buying with a fake US IP violates Steam’s licensing terms. Thanks in advance!

Purchase the German version, download the US release and enjoy it. The simplest method to fund yourself and eliminate the annoying distractions from your nation's nonsense.
No, you should not use codes purchased from G2A or similar sites.
I'm not sure about this, since I want to modify it and altering cracked games is too complicated. Thanks! I didn't realize this existed... I'm just starting out with online stuff, I think. Edited: Also, do they seem reliable? Have you used them before?
