Purchase immediately. This code is local, and the remaining vendors seem unreliable.

Avoid purchasing Windows from G2A as it is significantly pricier compared to the /r/microsoftsoftwareswap community.

It's helpful to use Microsoft Software Swap at around $20 for the top Windows tier. Just coordinate with the right contacts. I sent three messages by 3 PM, and only the third one got a reply. I received the key in two hours, even though I messaged two others 24 hours earlier.

I just spoke with a representative from live support. They explained that because it's a global key, you can pick any seller worldwide and it should function properly. If it doesn’t, you can always request a refund.

Purchase a standard license from Microsoft or Amazon. Pay the full amount; avoid OEM or MSDN options. I received my Windows 8.1 Pro for 50€ (student discount) rather than the regular 200€ price.
