It’s been a while since I upgraded a PC; not used to liquid cooling. Any tips or advice? Maybe start with some YouTube installation videos? 2. Are the fans quiet enough? Do you think this setup will be very silent? 3. I’d like it to be future-proof. Can I upgrade to a RTX 5090 or even 6090? Should I stick with the 1200W PSU? Could that cause issues for next-gen GPUs? The board featuring its 14-phase power design isn't suitable for the 14-gen unlocked i9. A case compatible with a 420AIO like the lian Li Lancool III would be more appropriate.
Wouldn't this be a Cyberpower acquisition? If it is, refrain from purchasing. Cyberpower is widely disliked by serious system builders and enthusiasts because of its generally low build quality and reliance on generic parts. As mentioned before, combining a standard PSU with a 4090 is already problematic. There are also several other warning signs to consider.

Also, if you could add $400 more helper800, what upgrades would you make? Also, would you like to be able to install an RTX 5090 or even RTX 6090 in the future if possible... Main use is a gaming PC, Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring... etc.
If the price were lower than 14700K, I'd choose it. For spending an additional 400, it would rely on the monitor you plan to use.
