I purchased a digital version of W10 from Amazon, but you need their own download tool to get it. I haven’t managed to open the Amazon app after installing it or even start downloading W10. I’ve tested it on three computers—one with W10, one with XP, and one using Ubuntu—but none worked. Any suggestions? Thanks.

With the license key, simply get the ISO file straight from Microsoft at the provided link.
