Amazon declined my refund because I purchased the RAM during a trip to the USA. I'm now back in Egypt, where international returns aren't accepted. Unless I provide a US address for shipping the item back.
I reached out to G.Skill who requested me to complete the RMA form and provide all four sticks. They resolved the issue with two of the same parts and sent the repaired set back, all functioning properly.
