Dear team, I purchased Trident Z neo. It arrived in four sticks. Two function without any effort. The other two aren't working (my Amber light on DRAM on Asus Q-LED). I tried cleaning them, but that didn't help. One working stick was tested in every RAM slot and it worked perfectly. I also tried each of the non-working sticks across all slots, but it won't boot. What should I do next? Please verify the two "faulty" RAM sticks are indeed genuine RAM modules. You can find RAM sticks that serve as RGB lighting to enhance your computer's appearance. Check the weights and inspect any labels on the faulty sticks for markings indicating they aren't RAM modules, such as "this is not a RAM module." Its honestly really dumb but it certainly exists hahah Ya from that link that's for sure 4 REAL dram sticks , where you have received 2 faulty ones. Best to contact amazon for an exchange (you will have to send all 4 back and get a brand new package)
It's accurate, though I'm aware only Corsair and Gigabyte produced those. G.Skill TridentZ series are complete RAM modules. Speaking of, I also use four G.Skill TridentZ sticks and all the RGB lights should be active. The main issue I encountered was that two of the four wouldn't illuminate, yet I still had all four functional sticks. Since it's Amazon, swapping them should be straightforward. No need to reach out to G.Skill directly. I think they include a lifetime warranty if purchased from a trusted retailer.
