I purchased a new headset (Kotion G2000) and it delivers excellent sound quality for music and YouTube videos. However, when playing CSGO, the audio sounds poor and muffled. I've tried various solutions but haven't found a fix. Could anyone suggest possible alternatives or troubleshooting steps? Also, I previously owned Turtle Beach PX22s, which performed well until the microphone stopped working.
