It's a Windows 10 Pro OEM key, got it for 20 euros instead of the 50 euros retail price. I initially reached out to /u/s5ean on /r/microsoftsoftwareswap, who is a moderator, but he preferred using an untrusted payment platform, so I opted for kinguin.
