I found a used Windows evaluation copy running "evaluation copy"... Would you like to upgrade to Windows 10 there too? Are there the most affordable and secure options for buying Windows 7 or 8.1?

Software costs usually stay consistent across most retailers, so you might find good deals at places like Newegg or NCIX. Keep in mind: never purchase used software! Updated edit: G2A is a reliable choice.
