I considered buying Counter-Strike Complete due to its 75% discount. Since I already own Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, I wondered if purchasing the CS:GO pack would allow trading or transferring my existing game. If possible, please share a video—it would be very useful. Thank you!

It seems like this might be a misleading situation. I never really believed steam was treating its clients well.
You can share it with a friend—it might be available on the Steam support section: idk, just check there.
Can you add the purchased game straight to your inventory? I’m not entirely sure because it’s a pack, but you can store games in your inventory. Once it’s in your library, it stays there permanently.
Typically you purchase it as a present and then pass it on to another person. If you take it for yourself, you lose the ability to trade it later. Since it arrives in a bundle, you won't be able to send just CS as it will show up as a single item in your inventory.
