Star Citizen Patch v1.1.1
Turret features for Super Hornet F7C-M, Gladiator, and Cutlass become available once you enter Multiplayer Free Flight. Joining as a co-pilot via Lobby isn't possible. New additions include: gameplay updates allowing 'target focus' during landing, version control for custom controls to avoid conflicts, console access to fix character stalls (stuck), respawning via Enter, server enhancements reducing infinite loading, and better REC management across modes.

Ships now support flight readiness for Gladiator, with ejection sounds added for 300i and Hornet. Basic multiplayer turret functionality is included in Super Hornet F7C-M, Gladiator, and Cutlass. UI improvements feature landing mode activation, score display, custom keybindings for ESP toggle, and Lag Pips/Lead Indicators options.

Gameplay tweaks adjust Vanduul swarm behavior, REC distribution rules, and audio cues for Vanduul exits. Sledge 2 updates include color changes matching thruster hues, Aegis AI warnings refined, Retaliator animations updated, Mustang Delta/Mustang Beta thrust adjustments, and Mustang power plant visuals.

Components balance was revised on Sledge 2: ROF lowered to 60, power and heat set at 50, power regen and cooling adjusted to 25, Gladius shields updated to max S3. UI changes make leaderboards visible on bright screens, controller images now show landing prompts, camera switches to first-person in Revel & York hangars, and spawn positions are optimized for flair ships across all hangars.

I'm all in if it means I'm out of the Mustang, I don't like that annoying Benny voice on the Aurora, and it seems 2.0 is closer than we thought. Playing on an Athlon 450 is kind of gloomy.

Balance pass on Sledge 2: ROF lowered from 125 to 60. Power and heat output raised to 50. Power recharge and cooling settings set at 25. Lol, it depends on single-target shots, not spam, so these tweaks won’t impact much. Excited for more feedback.

It stops the lucky second shots, though my problem is the range. I still love the M3a for its slower projectile speed, which means I have to pick between badgers and om-nom-nom-skis.

I’d love to give the gunner role a shot—it sounds exciting. I’m curious if it’s similar to the BF-series helicopter gunner, just with more movement options in space. But first, I need to download the patches; that can be slow on hotel internet. Luckily, unlimited access makes it easier.

Both roles are secured! Also, from the patch notes, it seems ships with missing landing gear can't be exited—likely the issue you noticed.

Observe that turret operations for the Super Hornet F7C-M, Gladiator, and Cutlass are only available after entering Multiplayer Free Flight (can't join as a co-pilot via Lobby). Additions: »Gameplay introduced the option to switch 'target focus' during landing. Version control is now supported for custom control bindings to avoid conflicts. Players can resolve character stalls by opening the console (~), typing 'stuck', and pressing enter to respawn. Server enhancements were made to address infinite loading issues. Backend support was added to let users set REC totals differently per mode.

Ships: Gladiator is now ready for flight. Ejection audio was added for the 300i. Ejection audio was implemented for the Hornet. Basic multiplayer turret features were added to Super Hornet F7C-M. Multiplayer turret functionality was included in Gladiator.

Balance updates: power points on Aurora were revised to S2/S3 max. Text and HUD elements were standardized across ships. Missing ship trails were corrected for Core Multiple and Gladiator.
