You're experiencing issues with your PC during startup. When powering it on, the PSU clicks, fans spin and then stop again. I'm not an engineer, but I can try switching to another port in your home. That might help resolve the problem.

Connect your pump to the CPU fan port or similar, and attach the radiator fans to the available headers. What version of your motherboard do you have—Rev. 1.3 or earlier?

Attempted to verify but no adjustments were made. The motherboard version remains Rev. 1.2.

Try removing all components except CPU, RAM, and PSU to check the outcome. A faulty PSU could also be the issue.

Does the box or instructions have any markings that indicate the current bios version? that cpu requires bios F10 if this is a second hand board or a system you are upgrading, it could be that.

Only version 1.2 is present. All components are brand new and unused. I'm attempting to get the computer to power on.
