Hi, I'm checking if a 500W power supply would work with your GTX960 and i5-6600K, considering a slight overclock. I looked into the options you mentioned and also thought about the EU regulations.

500W is sufficient, though the EVGA isn't highly recommended. You might prefer a Seasonic or XFX model, an EVGA SuperNOVA GS/G2/P2, or an Antec High Current PSU.

I'll let you decide on your own power supply and provide all the details you need to make an informed choice. Check out the PSU tier list here: Choosing a PSU from the first or second tier gives you a solid option. Another tiered list is available at: https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/co...45344.aspx Typically XFX is suggested due to its balance of price and reliability. Search for any PSU in the first or second tier or tier 2b, and you'll be fine as long as it meets at least a 430 watt rating. Don't waste money on unnecessary features—opt for the cheapest suitable one if you're not in a hurry. That PSU meets your needs and is affordable. I'm unsure if it's the absolute best, but it should work for you.
