I upgraded my RAM speed to a higher frequency, but when I powered the system back on it displayed a blank screen and fans ran at full speed. After checking the RAM, the issue remained. I traced the sound to the PSU, which matched the specifications for a Ryzen 5 3600 with an RTX 2060 and an Asus B450 motherboard. The storage was 1.5 terabytes on Windows 10.
I was in BIOS and the clock speed was quite low, so I adjusted it to 4000MHz.

Don't merely adjust clock speeds, as this often ruins most configurations. You must activate the XMP/DOCP profile or perform complete manual tuning, which includes settings like voltages and timings (the profile handles everything automatically, making it simpler unless you're aiming for overclocks).
