I need some assistance with my CPU overclocking. I increased the vcore to 3.1, but after removing the power cable from the PSU and reconnecting it, the PC turns off and then starts up unexpectedly. Could this be related to a power delivery issue or a problem with the PSU? Please help quickly.

I've noticed that when an overclocking effort doesn't succeed and typically triggers a warning, it's common to verify that automatic OC features are disabled in the BIOS.

there are a few automatic ones activated, but I'm unsure whether to interact with them.
