I own a Dell SFF optiplex 3010 equipped with an i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 500GB SSD. The system runs Windows 10 64bit Pro. I recently received an OEM RX 640 graphics card with 4GB DDR5 memory and a 50W TDP.

For the power supply, I have two choices:
1. Use the original OEM PSU
2. Choose another model but it won’t fit inside the case, so it must be mounted externally.

You can find more details about the PSU specifications here: https://imgur.com/a/Zz8f7JO

Welcome to the forums, new member!
I prefer sticking with the OEM to keep the original design, but I recommend getting a brand new part if the PSU in the prebuilt has been running since its initial release.

Thank you for the welcome! I'm a bit uncertain about whether the PSU is operational. I just need to confirm if it can handle running the 640 without exceeding the specified wattage limit.

17A @12v (204w) provides sufficient power for a 3rd gen i5 and RX 6400. The RX 6400's performance on a PCI-e3.0 connection is quite poor.

It turns out the other GPU I had in there was also 50W. I should have checked that before posting SMH. Going with the OEM PSU to maintain my SFF build! Thanks guys!
