It seems your power supply unit is acting up. I looked at the connections on both the PSU and motherboard, and everything looks good. The case and CPU cooler were replaced recently, and there were no issues before the event captured in IMG_1026.MOV.

Ensure the board is removed and tested on a cardboard box (motherboard box available). Verify functionality before reinstalling.

Might happen with low-quality capacitors that lose their stored energy when idle. This could lead to problems during startup until they regain full charge, or even cause repeated failures if they can't hold a charge.
