Hello, I'm checking if the FSP Hydro G Pro 750 W is still functional. It's been around for about five months, and my PC won't turn on. I'm considering getting the Coolermaster V750 V2. GPU: RX 7800 XT, CPU: 7600, old PSU: Hydro G Pro 750 W.

Your AMD Ryzen 5/Intel i5 7600 has an iGPU on it, if you're able to get the system to POST/get to OS GUI with the iGPU then your PSU's unable to power all your components while a discrete GPU's populating the system.
As for your PSU suggestion, if you truly need to replace it, why aren't you undergoing an RMA if it's only 5 months old? Where are you located, what is your preferred site for purchase and what is your budget for a PSU purchase? Make and model of your case? In case there might be clearance limitations.

Paperclip tests are somewhat irrelevant; they only confirm that your PSU can start, not how much power it can actually deliver for your equipment.

I already have the other PSU, so I'm ready to connect and hope it works. Can I reuse the same cables for the LED and power? I plan to exchange the PSU and CPU cables with the new ones.

Can you use the same cables for the LED and power? It seems the front panel connectors on the case aren't included in the PSU, so you won't need to handle them.
