Hi, here is your current build information:
https://pcpartpicker.com/user/baribarigood/saved/3MzcMp
I recently assembled a new system and noticed a faint static or "crunch" noise when I power off the power supply unit. Is this typical behavior? Should I return it right away? I purchased a reputable PSU, perhaps I was unlucky. If I must return, should I switch to another brand or is replacing it acceptable? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you!

If you slowly turn the rocker, then there's a chance you're hearing the crunch from it; PSU Switch Short Crackling Sound Good day everyone! I bought a Seasonic M12II 620W Evo 80+ Bronze Fully Modular PSU together with the other parts last week. I've noticed that sometimes (twice already) it makes a short (1-2 seconds) crackling/buzzing sound when I toggled on/off the psu switch. PC boots and loads windows 10... forums. You might want to turn the rocker switch quickly. Your build is fine, IMHO.

Sounds reasonable. I was going slowly to be cautious. Appreciate it!

I didn't purchase an ATX3.0 PSU because the RAM is tailored for Intel. It's unclear if it performs well at 6000MT/s with XMP activated.
