They need to be fully inserted, but they haven’t reached the end. I’ve tried several times to force them in, and I’m concerned it might cause harm.
Ensure pins and sockets match perfectly. You may need to shift the connectors slightly—the latch must be fully seated. Both visible connectors appear to be raised.
