I suggest checking out Scarlet Crush's DS3/4 drivers—they let you use the SIXAXIS motion controls even though it mimics an Xbox 360 setup. It works smoothly with any game that supports Xinput, and you can enable wireless play using a blueTooth adapter on your PC (just be aware of the associated warnings). This software is open source, so you avoid ads or security issues found in other similar programs.

The DS3 tool poses a security risk. It may act as a hidden entry point for your computer. Consider obtaining motioninjoy drivers first, then use betterDS3 to resolve the issue, but avoid using the DS3 tool often.
