I hope there was one, though—I really liked parts 1 and 2, but they didn’t fully conclude.

Hopefully not because the port to PC might be awful (those limits are still there). Those superhero-style games are entertaining, but I found Prototype quite dull and I’d prefer not to see it come up again.

I question the reception of Prototype 2, especially after such a poor response. The developer is also cutting staff.

I’m open to ideas that blend a touch of the unusual with a solid story and engaging mechanics. Think a world where mutants, demons, or extraordinary abilities shape the narrative, offering fresh challenges and rewarding players with meaningful progression.

Consider Saint's Row IV. It's a complete copy of the original, yet it's really enjoyable.

My friend's older brother previously employed by Radical, creators of Prototype 1 & 2. Now he's at Ubisoft Montreal following numerous cuts at Radical. I don't believe there will be a third

I enjoyed the altered take on Alex Mercer, yet the experience felt like multiple Marvel heroes merged into one. It became too repetitive at times.

It was because the core concept resonated with me, and the story kept engaging without becoming repetitive. The gameplay stayed fresh thanks to its third-person shooter format, which kept the action exciting. I’d love another superhero open-world title that offers similar depth but with more dynamic storytelling.

I wasn't impressed by the Prototype series, yet it shouldn't have been that way.
