I have an unclad RAM module and I'm looking to enhance its appearance without spending money on a new one. Are these covers genuine and effective? Do they really work? Are there any white options with ARGB settings for DDR4, preferably from trusted brands like Corsair?

Good metal heatsinks with thermal pads function well, yet they might trap heat if not properly designed or fitted. Plastic versions are also heat traps. RGB models can lead to overheating and may not sync correctly with RGB software, though some perform adequately. My advice is to avoid them.
