It shuts down when the internal temperature reaches around 3900°C, which is extremely high and not typical for standard operation. The system also considers prolonged overheating to trigger a power-off.

Maximum temperature listed is 95°C per the datasheet. Shut down only when temperature rises too high; it can maintain around 90°C for an extended period, though this isn’t ideal for optimal performance.
