Searching for lightweight antivirus options that minimize resource usage and system impact. Considering you're already using AVG, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes, and Cleaner, exploring free alternatives like Avast Free, Kaspersky Free, or Bitdefender Antivirus Plus could be a good fit.

You must install Microsoft security essentials or Windows Defender on Windows 10, otherwise you risk trouble or engaging in risky activities.

I maintain MSE values and scan malware samples weekly or every two weeks. I also use an ad blocker to avoid ad-based threats. My system remains clean for over three years.

Everything looks the same here. MSE and Malwarebytes should suffice for most people. It’s just important to stay cautious about the files you download and the sites you visit.

I use Avast regularly and enjoy it. For second opinion scanners, I switch between malewarbytes and hitmanpro.
