You're checking if your Ryzen 5 3500 running at 4.5GHz, 1.38V, is stable. Some suggest 1.325V is safe, but lowering the clock to 4.3GHz and voltage to 1.325V causes a drop in Cinebench R20 from 522 to 492.

Varies based on silicon quality, but certain levels are deemed risky. Consider reducing to 1,325v for better durability.

You can see how the maximum voltage settings work and apply similar adjustments to your overclocking process.

Will it continue for three years, since I plan to upgrade the CPU afterward?

Execute Prime95 to assess voltage performance at full capacity. Allow it to reach temperature before measuring.

This applies to low current draw situations. It varies by silicon type and isn't easily identifiable.

In stock configurations the voltage fluctuated from 1.37 to 1.4+ on Cinebench R20, while idle voltage stayed between 0.5 and 1. Notably, idle voltage stayed steady around 1.38V even when running at 4.5GHz, unlike Cinebench which showed a consistent 1.38V.

R20 isn't considered too stressful... You might be able to play R20 for hours before getting tired in a game.
