Every time I launch Windows 10 setup.exe, it says it couldn't start properly. Please restart your PC and attempt the setup again. I've rebooted it already, but the issue persists.

I downloaded the .iso file onto a folder and launched setup.exe

Install the ISO using Daemon tools. After that, attempt the process again; Daemon tools may make the computer believe it's a disk and resolve the issue.
