Thanks to Anthony's detour into Macbooks' universal control during the review, I dove into Mouse Without Border in Microsoft Garage. This impressive technology makes adding it to core Windows a clear win. Although the smooth experience was great, I struggled to activate gestures on the remote machine. Could anyone using Mouse Without Borders enable Gesture Controls on both laptops? It might be an extra step, but overall a solid choice.

This feature isn't available through the developer's support. It must be activated within the app itself. Likely, this isn't an open-source project.

Barrier is an open-source version of Synergy. I'm hoping to use it if they accept gesture support.

Consider trying multiplicity again. Although it doesn’t come free, I used it during my regular office days. I wasn’t certain about gesture support, but it worked well for me.

Additional options include InputDirectore, Logitech Flow (requires a compatible mouse/keyboard for access), Stardock Multiplicity, and others.

I enjoy the mouse without borders and have used it for years. I haven’t explored the gesture feature yet, so I’m sorry if I’m not helpful.
